Over the past few weeks, I’ve embarked on a 50 Days No Excuses Fitness Challenge (Learn more here). Personally, it has been amazing to see that I truly can dedicate time to fitness and physical health EVERY DAY. More than that, so many of you have reached out to me with kind words of encouragement or to let me know about your own fitness journeys. Some of you are even doing the 50-Day Challenge with me! After chatting with my brother about the ways that I can continue to support others in their fitness journeys, we brainstormed the idea of…

With my 5-year reunion almost 2 months behind me, I’m reminded of how happy I was to see some of my closest friends. Some friends, I text, Snapchat, Instagram message, or call regularly, while others I hadn’t seen or interacted with since college. Don’t get me wrong, I plan to take in the fireworks and maybe some of the festivals later today, but my excitement stems from something else.…

As a result, I was basically forced to do pretty hardcore workouts almost year-round for four years. To be honest though, I rarely ever did anything over the summer 😊 (Sorry Kinsey and Coach Mo if you’re reading this!) In college, medical school, and business school, I had random spurts of working out. My IG stories (or SnapChat back when I actually used it) featured my once-a-quarter gym sessions. Last summer is probably the first time in…
