Today marks the final day of my 50 Days No Excuses fitness journey. At the beginning of the summer, I challenged myself to work out for 50 days straight, no excuses. While headed to NYC for a work conference yesterday, I sat in the business class cabin of an Amtrak train (#ExpenseLife I’d be regular shmegular in coach otherwise lol…jk….I’d probably be on MegaBus). This year’s Father’s Day sermon at my home church was particularly impactful for me. Pastor Brian outlined his “Keys to Successful Parenting.” As the title suggests, this sermon was targeted toward parents.
