About
Welcome to my corner of the internet where I share about all things faith and mental health. I was born into a strong Christian, Caribbean family, which has greatly impacted how I see the world. My parents taught me to live a life of service to others, and in the past few years, I realized that my calling is to serve the Christian community to help increase mental health literacy. I hope you enjoy exploring my page to learn more about how to protect or mend your mental health!
