Happy Birthday to Me!!!
It’s my birthday, so you know I wanna….tell you about how this past year was! As is the case with every year, there were highs and lows, but I’m happy to say that overall, this past year was A W E S O M E. I mean….God has been blessing me immensely, and I’m excited to see what this next year has in store, now that I’ve entered the land of the late 20s.
Below is a rundown of 27 memorable things that happened over the past year. (I finally get why people say I change my hair a lot. Guess how many styles are represented in just these pictures??)

- Started business school at Wharton #DreamComeTrue
- Ran the 100m dash really fast and beat a bunch of dudes…then fell at the end of the race and still have the scars to show for it
- My parents got me a car for my birthday!
4.Went to the National African American History Museum for the first time
5.Attended a ton of Wharton parties, which honestly all kind of blend together at this point
- Ended a relationship ☹
- Had a momentary lack of judgment and thought I liked cats
Dyed my hair blonder than it was before…then bought/wore a blond wig. I know….It makes so much sense…

Went on an AMAZING hiking trip in Utah and made new friends 😊(friends not pictured LOL)
Helped to plan the Whitney M. Young Memorial Conference and met Senator Booker!

- Went to Match Day to support my friends and was happy yet sad because I didn’t think I’d get to experience Match Day for myself
- Dyed my hair brown on a whim (with a box color from Rite Aid) because I was bored of the blonde

- Fell in love with Psychiatry while on my rotation at the VA

I’m looking forward to what this year has in store, especially as I wrap up my final year in school!
