Ever since my 50 Days No Excuses Fitness Journey this past summer, exercise has become a regular part of my life. I didn’t take any days off during the fitness challenge, but now I make sure to have some rest days. My Psychiatry Sub Internship is basically a month-long audition where I’m evaluated on my skill set, knowledge-base, and fit within the field of Psychiatry. It’s also an opportunity for me to get a more in-depth understanding of what my life would be like as a Psychiatry resident.
