In about one week, I start my last semester of school…ever. I can firmly say that there is not another degree in my future. That’s not to mean I won’t keep learning. Ever since my 50 Days No Excuses Fitness Journey this past summer, exercise has become a regular part of my life. I didn’t take any days off during the fitness challenge, but now I make sure to have some rest days. Most weeks I have been successful to get at least 5 or 6 workouts in per week using my gym essentials. One of my goals is to have a “summer body” year round. I recently visited San Diego for the Annual Meeting of Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP). This was my second time visiting California, and I was super excited to be in a warm city for a bit. When I signed up for the conference, I hoped that I would also be able to interview for psychiatry residency at UCSD while I was there.
