Over the past few months, I have been on a journey toward wellness. I see wellness as involving four overarching aspects of myself: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. My Psychiatry Sub Internship is basically a month-long audition where I’m evaluated on my skill set, knowledge-base, and fit within the field of Psychiatry. It’s also an opportunity for me to get a more in-depth understanding of what my life would be like as a Psychiatry resident.
