You might have noticed that things have been a little quiet on the blog lately, and there’s a valid reason for that! I’ve attempted to hide away to focus on the things that are most important to me right now – doing well on Step 2 CK of my medical licensing exam and continuing to grow my latest project White Coats Black Blazers. My Psychiatry Sub Internship is basically a month-long audition where I’m evaluated on my skill set, knowledge-base, and fit within the field of Psychiatry. It’s also an opportunity for me to get a more in-depth understanding of what my life would be like as a Psychiatry resident. As a result, I was basically forced to do pretty hardcore workouts almost year-round for four years. To be honest though, I rarely ever did anything over the summer 😊 (Sorry Kinsey and Coach Mo if you’re reading this!) Throwback to senior year of high school In college, medical school, and business school, I had random spurts of working out. My IG stories (or SnapChat back when I actually used it) featured my once-a-quarter gym sessions. Last…
