My birthday is always a great time for me to reflect on the past year. When we think about life on a day-by-day basis, it can feel like we’re not doing a lot. But when we reflect on bigger chunks of time, it’s easy to see how much change, growth, and accomplishment can happen in one year. I love to celebrate my birthday because I am truly thankful for each day, month, and year that God allows me to remain alive. It’s an opportunity to reflect on what has occurred while wishing and preparing for another great year ahead. As I did last year, I’m writing this post as a recap of some highlights from my most recent orbit around the sun! Hope you enjoy 🙂

This year has been a mix of travel, conferences, and spending time with friends and family. I also accomplished some pretty huge milestones. I BECAME A DOCTOR!! I earned my MBA! And I became a homeowner! I’d say this past year has been FILLED to the brim with blessings, and I’m ready for year 28 to be a year of even more hardwork and fruits of the labor.
Thanks for continuing to follow my journey!
Peace and blessings,
Atasha Jordan, MD, MBA
