Psychiatrist. Educator. Community-centered researcher. Speaker. Nonprofit founder. Every part of my work grows from a commitment to service and accessible mental health support.
Connect with me
I was born into a strong Christian, Caribbean family, which has greatly impacted how I see the world. My parents taught me to live a life of service to others. Over the years, I came to understand my calling as serving Christian communities by helping increase mental health literacy.
My training in psychiatry taught me how powerful good care can be—and how many barriers still stand between people and support. That upbringing shapes how I listen, teach, and partner with communities today. I want people to have language and support to protect or mend their mental health, without leaving faith or culture out of the conversation.
